This post-graduate program has been designed for those who would like a career as human resources specialists. This course prepares the graduates to be specialists in human resources to develop implement and evaluate human resources and labour relations policies, programs, and procedures, as well as advise managers and employees on personal matters. Human resources specialists are employed throughout private and public sectors or may be self-employed.
This program covers the following topics: principles of management, statistics for management, accounting for management, information management, project management and operations research, fundamentals of human resources, social process and behaviour, human resources development, and human resources planning. |
